We all know what stress is. It is a normal part of living. And, when we experience it in small doses it can be helpful, such as giving us increased energy and alertness, helping to keep us focused on the task in front of us. People call this energy feeling “wired.”
But when the stress pressure builds, we may feel pushed beyond what we can cope with, and feel stressed out, burned out, overwhelmed. When this happens we need to find positive ways to handle the stress, and, above all, identify the individual or situation that is causing stress.
